A new version of OMD was released.

- add build support for debian 13 / trixie
- add build support for ubuntu 26.04 / resolute raccoon
- add build support for opensuse leap 16.0
- drop build support for debian 11
- drop build support for ubuntu 20.04
- fix initial redirects when site apache does not use https
