SNClient 0.49 was released

A new version of SNClient was released.

Since this release contains security related bug fixes, it is to advised to update to the latest release.

  • show versions of compiled in external check plugins with ./snclient -vV
  • check_network: support byte/s units in conditions
  • check_mount: add support for checking multiple mounts
  • check_os_updates: add –max-metadata-age to detect stale apt/yum/dnf repository metadata. defaults to 24h

  • linux: reset environment when running elevated commands (GHSA-p72w-3vw7-cg4p)
  • update golang build chain to 1.26.6
  • check_os_updates: make -u/–update work without root permissions

Bugfixes

  • windows: fix restart after auto update
  • check_os_updates: fix powershell error on windows
  • check_nsc_web: fix using conditions twice (#453)
